First NHF Headache and Migraine Regional Conference in November
Posted Oct 25 2010 12:00am
Would you like to learn more about Migraines and headaches... spend some time with others like you... meet and hear from leading doctors in the field?
If so, the National Headache Foundation (NHF) is hosting an event that will interest you...
In Dallas on Friday, November 12, the NHF will be hosting Awareness 2010, the Many Faces of Headachefor Migraineurs, people with headache disorders (such as cluster headaches, etc.) and their families.
The doors will open at 5:30PM for registration, refreshments, and an exhibit area featuring local practitioners and national companies (pharma, medical equipment, on-line resources, et cetera). During this time, we will ask participants to offer questions they would like to hear answered by our experts – the most common topics will be covered first but there should be time for follow up questions from the floor.
At 7:00, the keynote speakers, Dr. Susan Hutchinson and Dr. Bob Kaniecki, will lead off followed by the introduction of the panel. We are still working out some details on the order of events after this but there will be presentations from the three Dallas doctors and some panel discussion focusing on the questions we gathered. Additionally, there will be a presentation featuring people sharing their personal stories related to Migraine.
You can find more information about the conference and registration in this letter from NHF Executive Director Bob Dalton and this brochure .
