I was dignosed (3weeks ago) with Bursitis in my left shoulder. I'm left handed. 3 days ago I have been suffering with shoulder pain, upper back pains and severe headache that feels like my brain is pounding in my skull. Is this all common effects from Bursitis? I'm working at better posture at my computer. I'm on the computer 7 days a week. 8 hours a day.
