I have a sinus problem and so I suffer from a severe headache. If my head starts paining in the afternoon, it only reduces a bit if I sleep for a couple of hours. But due to pain I am not even able to sleep. No medicine ,massage nothing works at all. Plz suggest me some remedies for this, as this is my daily problem.
