I have chronic migraines and was recently dx with BPPV by my neurologist. We are currently tx migraines reactively rather than preventative with medication d/t severe side effects. I do take magnesium and B2 (both recommended by my neurologist). My question is this: I am only 37 yo. Why would I have BPPV at such a young age? No hx of head trauma/stroke etc. MRI and MRI-v normal. Little afraid of what else they'll find. I think going to a neurologist is like going to a good auto mechanic; they'll always find something wrong!!
