I am motivated and love fitness. I also love to eat. I have been struggling with my body image for sometime now. I make a fitness plan and eating plan and within three days I am back doing the binge eating...emotionally eating. I believe I can achieve my fitness and diet goals. This is a great way to be accountable. I would like help
