What are some mental exercises I can do everyday to keep my brain healthy and function.

I need to get on a schedule so can you include some times of the day

I like to do math and word puzzles. There are also numerous apps with brain exercises as well. Physcial exercise also helps keep one's brain healthy and functioning.

mindfullness is very good for  4 main keys in ur life
