Here are a couple things that have been bouncing around my head for a while, and I finally remembered to put them in an entry:
Reasons for grudges can be complicated, but holding onto a grudge or not is simple.
Negative thinking is sometimes like holding your hands over your eyes, and then complaining you can’t see.
