My 23 yr old daughter does not bathe or brush teeth weeks at a time. has been months

She has been diagnosed with anxiety.  I was divorced when she was 3 yrs old..  her mother moved from colorado to south texas when she was 7, that was very difficult.  mother moved in her 6th grade year, she stayed with grandma till year end.  7th grade thru 12th she totally disconnected from social life.
