These results have been all over the Internet the last few days.  Basically, if you want to live a longer, healthier life, you do the following: drink moderately, exercise, quit smoking and eat five servings of fruit and vegetables each day.  This will tack on another 14 years, on average.  Read the article for the whole story.  I post on this not only because fitness is an interest of mine (both personally and professionally), but because I think psychology can play a major role in helping people engage in healthy behaviors like this.
