Miller Mood Maps

I have just released my first ebook on Mood Mapping. I have been teaching Mood Mapping for sometime now but have until recently found it difficult to get the words down around it. Mood Mapping the book, published by MacMillan is available in October 2009

There are three principles to Miller Mood Maps.

1) Everyone has a mood, all of the time, whether or not he or she is aware of it

2) Mood has two components, how much energy you have and how positive or negative you are feeling

3) It is possible by sorting out what caused your mood and looking at what contributes to mood, to change your mood. People live in the 'Now'. The 'Now' is your mood - how you feel in the moment. If you feel good in the moment, you can handle whatever has happened in the past.

Mood is the key to life - if you and I feel good about life, if we feel good about ourselves, then you and I can take on the world.

I am proud of the website, my first with Dreamweaver and proud of my first ebook, from its technical and literary merit and from the merit of its content. The next step is to get together a mailing list!
