Speaking of being judgmental, that is one quality you want to make sure your therapist or counselor is not.  Can you see yourself telling someone your most personal thoughts, only to have them used against you…  Well that is what it’s meant to be Judgmental. It’s someone who is “Inclined to make judgments, especially moral or personal ones” about a person.
