Mental Health Humor: Mid-Night Insanity
Are you looking for a support group we are not it. But if you are looking for a way to deal with some mental health issues and get a laugh too… well that is what we do.
That is what this blog is all about, it is designed for you to use humor as health. Any one living with mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, we are a peers helping peers style blog… I offer no therapy and I am not a doctor, but rather a person who lives the daily life with this mental illness, this chemical imbalance.
I have run groups and have received lots of help from attending them, too. Support groups can help others in dealing with the every day issues and finding out how to solve problems. Not to mention being a safe place to talk about the serious debilitating disorders that encumber us from sometimes having the dignity that others take for granted.
So on this Sunday, I give this to think about what I said to laughter: “Insanity!”
