Love, Yourself *July*

For those just tuning in, for the last three years I have been writing  letters to myself  that automatically post on my blog each month throughout the year. It's my way of keeping up with progress and showing myself the difference an entire year can really make. Instead of obsessing on the little things, I'm looking at the big picture.

    Note to Self: Summer seems to be a time where we struggle between having really good days and massive flare ups. It has to be because of the heat so do what you can to stay cool (go swimming) but also stay active. Don't push yourself like you did last year! You don't owe exercise to anyone. But you do owe it to yourself to have fun and see the sun once in a while, so focus on that and let activity form around it!
