i have had a sudden loss of bicep muscle in my right arm what could this be

i have had a sudden loss of bicep muscle in my right arm i am right handed with a good muscle definition i have pain from my elbow down my for-arm and in the elbow joint i have also pain in my upper arm at the bicep bone the muscle has gone all flabby could this be caused by tennis elbow or could i have torn the bicep away from the bone
