I'm no expert but that seems to be just the way some people carry their weight including women <3 I wouldn't take any thing unless it's all natural <3 too many scary stories about weight loss pills doing damage or even killing people <3 I need to slowly start an exercise program,like interval walking=walk fast for 10mins, then walk regular for 10mins and so on <3 Lot's of veggies,fruit,fiber and water helps too <3 That's what I suggest <3 Good luck <3 "LIV,LOVE AND LAUGH OFTEN <3"
