im 16 years old and i was like playing everyday fitness and i was on a strictly diet and i was running a lot '' i wasnt lifting heavy things i was lifting just 6 kg of dumbles '' and that isnt a lott !! '' now i have a small bulge or lump on the left side '' it hurst me when i push it but it isnt big at all you cant even see it clearly unless you feel it when you go over with you finger '' i dont know if this is hernia ? it doesnt hurt me when i cought and i dont have diarhea !! is it just a muscle that will go away because the hardwork and running ?
