Employers Insurance plans adjust to Parity Act

The United States signed the Parity Act into law in 2008, and it goes into effect at the start of 2011. It "prevents large health plans from setting higher co-payments for mental-health visits than those for medical visits, or limiting doctor visits for mental-health care, among other things".
