why do i have severe pain and a period 4 months after my total hysterrectomy?

i am 26 years old and i had a total hysterectomy 4 months ago, and i am having bleeding and severe pain that is making me double over and before i go to the doctor and have him tell me my pain is normal does anyone else know what this could be
