I am in perimenopause.. Dr thinks I am estrogen dominant but wanted to prescribe bioidentical progesterone without any testing. Did progesterone test on day 24 and level came back at 11. Trying to understand what this number means... she wants me to take 150 mg of progesterone. Help?
