Many women have noted memory and concentration problems during Menopause, which can be somewhat better when on hormone therapy. While disconcerting, it usually is temporary (although we don't seem to get back to the sharpness we had in our thirties.) Ginkgo biloba or acetyl l carnitine supplements have been helpful to many women.
