A healthy load to the bone caused by physical activities is an absolute need. Lack of physical exercise and inadequate calcium intake can cause osteoporosis, a certain condition which causes the bone to be fragile, easily broken and damaged. High calcium diet combined with physical exercise can help prevent osteoporosis.
