Please confirm that Evorel Estradiol 50 mgs in patch form is a bio-identical hormone therapy. I have a mirena coil fitted also.

I should be grateful for confirmation that it is acceptable to use Evorel Estradiol patches with a mirena coil.  Is the progesterone emitted from the mirena sufficient to supplement the 50 mgs estradiol I am taking in patch form?
