LUMPS ON MY RIBS

I am 55 and have stopped menstruation about 6 months ago, I have always been healthy, good eating habits, I noticed about 6 or 7 months ago these almond shaped lumps that slide around beneath the skin on both sides of my ribcage, they are sometimes painful and burn sometimes, some have gone and more have come in different spots..why..I am worried and i have no insurance, who should I see? I have a few hot flashes now and then and some insomnia off and on..a great deal of stress as my husband has been out of workk for over a year...so I guess I canbe pretty emotional at times...anyhow what should I do?
