How do you start your day? Is it by yelling at your husband, at your pet or your college age kid still living with you? Is it by abusing yourself with your negative and dis-empowering thoughts? If you do start your day this way, maybe it is time for you to notice what you are creating in your life!
Are you tired of feeling stuck and angry or just have no enthusiasm for anything? You feel tired, lifeless, and are not happy about anything in your life. You absolutely hate feeling this way…but don’t know how to change it.
Life is way too short to go from day to day without any joy or appreciation for what you have. I sincerely hope you don’t start your day this way.

Here are some choices:
read a prayer or something inspirational
read some spiritual guidance
do a gratitude list
meditate on your own sitting still for 15 – 20 minutes, or using a guided meditation
journal for the first 20 minutes, whatever comes into your mind
you could walk in nature for 15 – 30 minutes
sit in nature and listen

This is called making a mind shift. Whichever one you choose above, it works! You just have to commit to doing it and notice what is taking place around you and inside of you as you progress. Increase your awareness to notice anything different you are attracting by doing this practice each day. Write it down in a notebook so you can look back.
You can even refer to these happenings as little miracles. Miracles do happen if we expect them and are aware enough to notice. The key is to increase your awareness so you do notice the difference in your life.
