There are women who have Menopause at unusually early ages - in their 20's and 30's. You may be experiencing hormonal imbalances due to some other condition as well. The best bet is to see your MD, have a physical, and get your hormones tested, including thyroid as well as reproductive hormones.
You didn't Mention if your mother had an unusually early menopause. Often our reproductive and hormone cycles will be similar to our mothers.
