
Dear crazylyn,
So many women report "weird" facial sensations during Menopause; even numbness, tingling, and drooping that resolves within a short time. And indeed, high blood pressure also might cause such a sensation - best to have it checked out by your MD to make sure you are not hypertensive.

Once in awhile I go through periods of feeling a sort of tightness or dryness in cheeks, they are not dry though.
