We’ve been asked how to conquer menopause many times in the past. First we need to know the most common early menopause signs.
Early signs of menopause are physical & mental & although there’s common factors for a lot of women, the degree of & number of symptoms can vary significantly.
Menopause is natural to all women begining after forty years old.Symptoms that are commonaly reported by women during perimenopause include: mood swings, irritability, headaches (often migraine), hot flashes, night sweats, chronic fatigue, depression, insomnia, loss of libido, water retention, belly fat, dry skin & vaginal dryness.
For no apparent reason at all do you find yourself crying?
Are all your emotions are often out of control?
This is typically called mood swings & is another indicator that your hormone levels have dropped.
HORMONE CHANGES
As women age they start to produce less estrogen, progesterone & testosterone. This is the main reason & cause of menopause symptoms.
