I have been away on vacation for almost two weeks, so please forgive the dry spell. I have included a picture of me and my best friend. Her family and mine went to Puerto Rico! Muy Bueno! It was absolutely one of the best vacations I have ever had! I was relaxed, I had fun, I drank, I slept, I napped, I ate, and I did very little yelling at my teenage maniacs.
Hormone update: I feel absolutely fantastic! I think this is the best I have felt in years. It took four months to get balanced and it’s an ongoing process. However, I know we are very close to optimum right now and I am bursting with joy! I took my bag-full of creams, pills, and vitamins with me to Puerto Rico and was quite diligent about applying them. When you are feeling this good, you certainly don’t want to skip a day!
So today I want to talk about how absolutely grateful I am. I have an incredible friends and family that I love with all of my heart. I am grateful for my physician, Dr. Thomas, who really cares about how I am feeling and has such a great sense of humor. I am grateful for my boss, who lets me be a mother and wife and is so understand about the challenges it brings. I am grateful for so many things that I can’t even begin to list. The most important thing I am grateful for is my husband. He is a great guy and he puts up with me.
This Christmas has been wonderful and I am so content. It is a great feeling and such a gift. I know it is because I am balanced and truly living my life to the fullest for the first time in a very long time. If you are on the fence about balancing your hormones naturally, I ask that you make that leap. I was VERY skeptical that I could be helped. I knew the only way for me to know for sure if it worked would be to give it a try. My family deserved it. I deserved it! That leap of faith was scary, but it proved to be a wonderful one.
Happy Holidays to you and your family! (Happy Birthday Yvette!)
