2 Tble dill
1 tsp garlic powder
4 Tble extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tble white wine vinegar with tarragon
Juice of 2 lemons
4 (1-inch thick) salmon steaks, 4 ounces each
Mix dill, garlic powder, olive oil, vinegar, and lemon juice. Pour mixture over salmon steaks and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, turning at least once. Place salmon on hot grill and cook 3 – 5 minutes on each side.
