Why is snoring not an issue with men? Snoring is indeed a important issue and should be discussed on a serious note. The common notion of the society is to blame men for snoring because snoring. So many questions linger in our mind when it comes to snoring issues, especially amongst males.

WHAT IS SNORING?

Snoring is a condition. Ignoring snoring a issue is the usual notion of any male when asked nonchalantly if they do snore when they sleep at night. Snoring reveals that the tissues within the air walls are vibrating much more intensively than our normal inhale and exhale breathing pattern. There may still be other reasons why snoring starts at night.

TYPES OF SNORING

The size of your tongue or the position of your tongue when you sleep results in the tongue inflicted snore. Snoring that leaves your mouth while open tends to cause the throat tissues to vibrate as you inhale and exhale through your mouth which creates a vibrating noise producing the snoring sound.

MOST COMMONLY KNOWN CAUSES OF SNORING

Alcohols and/or alcoholism is another cause of snoring. A person who is inclined to sleep flat on their back makes the throat very relaxed and the back of the tongue tends to block their air pathways and creates the snoring sound. Having a improper sleeping position can cause a person to snore. A person's history with smoking is also one of the causes of snoring. Medications can also be one of the causes of snoring.

CONTROLLED AND UNCONTROLLED FACTORS OF SNORING

Some researchers say that there are things that we can do to control snoring and while others say that we cannot control snoring.

WHAT FOODS CAUSES US TO SNORE?

An allergic reaction to a dairy product may soon turn into throat inflammation and cause swelling of the air tracks which in will lead to snoring. Dairy products can be a cause of snoring. Another eating related tip is do your best not to over eat especially at dinner time. In general, try not eat too much of anything that is on the food chain list meaning eat what you know is best for you.

TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT AND EATING HABITS TO AVOID SNORING

Cut your food into tiny pieces before eating them to avoid snoring. If you find it hard to be self-disciplined when it comes to food and are tempted to buy and eat those junk foods located in aisle 4, then maybe you should skip that aisle altogether while at the market and you will not have to worry about snoring. Try to nibble your food at a slower pace than your usual fast pace eating speed to avoid snoring. Overeating or eating heavily at night is not a good habit to have because you will be going to sleep soon after eating and your metabolism is at its slowest speed when you are asleep which is likely to trigger snoring since your body is relaxed and comfortable.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE SNORING SEVERELY?

Be alert and watchful as well because you can actually help cure yourself completely of central sleep apnea. Best attitude to have when fighting snoring is to be proactive and cautious of your health as you are the primary person who knows when any unnatural happenings are going on within your body. If you snore while sleeping anytime of the day, this is known as having a serious or a severe snoring problem.
