my husband and i have a little boy, he's 4 years old. We've been trying to conceive for a year but i can't get pregnant. it turns out that my husband have 0 sperm count and the doctor told us that he has varicose in his left testicule, his FSH is 21.
my question is would he be able to produce sperms in case he had a procedure to remove the vein? and if not, can the doctor still find sperms in the testicule should we decide to have IVF?
i would really appreciate any advice, we need to know our options.
