Work off that stress

It’s great if you’ve decided to start exercising. Exercise bikes and weight machines will give you a trimmer, more healthy appearance.

While it’s good (if your doctor agrees) to build those muscles, your workout may also help you cope with stress. In today’s multi-tasking world, it’s easy to be overwhelmed by stress.  Some people thrive on stress; others find it debilitating. In a thoughtful blog on Mayoclinic.com, Dr. Edward T.
