Why my hemoglobin level is low?

Posted by sriram

Hi,

I am male 27 years old. After a blood test my doctor told me that my hemoglobin level is low due to poor nutrition.Thats why i feel tired and fatigue. But i have been eating some what good food for the last 3 months or so.But i took the test couple of days back and the level was 12.6.Why hemoglobin level is still low even after taking some good food for the last 3 months, however i did not check my levels three months back.my height 171 cm and my weight 64 if i am not taking good food means how come my weight is normal.was that lower 3 months back compared to my current level.i dont know. But i am eating a lot of eggs(6 eggs per week) almonds, cashews, dates and raisins and milk.i am confused. Is it poor nutrition or poor absorption. i want to know  and please tell me how long will it take to increase blood circulation and hemoglobin?.thanks in advance.
