Why am I having a burning sensation while urinating occasionally. A thick white fluid comes out at the end.

I am having random bouts of burning feeling when I urinate. Then feel the need to pee again immediately afterwards. And a thick white fluid is usually pushed out. Also the symptoms go away immediately after ejaculating. And only come back after not having ejaculated in a few days. I am on medications for bi polar disorder that have killed my libido. Went from ejaculating once or more a day to not being in the mood for 1 to possibly two weeks. And then the symptoms return.
