In most men, the enlarged prostate glan does not affect the erection process of the penis or find little or no difference in the sensation of orgasm, or sexual climax.
Your penis mid curve deformity condition and other symptoms you describe, is that of Peyronie's penis disease. This disorder condition of uncertain cause, is characterized by a plaque, or hard lump abnormalities, that forms on the penis causing it to curve, bend or hook.
At times, bending, and emotional distress prohibit sexual intercourse.
Some researchers theorize that Peyronie's crooked, bending and curvature disease condition may be an autoimmune disorder.
Because the course of Peyronie's bent and crooked disorder disease is different in each patient and because some patients experience improvement without a cure treatment, medical experts suggest waiting 1 to 2 years or longer before attempting to correct it surgically. During that wait, patients often are willing to undergo treatments whose effectiveness has not been proven.
I suggest you seek consultation with a doctor so that a proper diagnosis and treatment regimen be instituted.

When there is an enlarged prostate but normal psa level....the enlarged prostate would be causing the erectile dysfunction since I am on no meds?, but standing I can get a good enough erection for penetration but its very difficult and almost never happens to reach an orgasm? What is wrong here? How does all this work? My penis has a mid curve in it.... if that may have something to do with it. It makes the in and out motion difficult. Seems that all the stiff is in the shaft and little at the base and it swings loosely to the side. Is this normal?
