what sickness do you have when you are coughing, have a fever, and when your cheeks are red?

   a boy about the age of 13 has a horrible uncurible cough. I put my hand on his head and his head felt hot like he had a fever. His cheeks were also red as apples. What does he have and how can I hep him?
