Hematocele refers to a collection of blood, typically around the testes. Depending upon the presenting symptoms, you could treat conservatively w/elevation & (bed)rest if painfree or you could elect surgical drainage if painful. If the hematocele wasn't due to trauma or surgery, then it's important to find out why blood is collecting there. Go see your family physician. Good luck!
