What disease do you have if your symptoms are sore throat cough chest pains headache and you take deeper breaths to breath?

I have been sick for a week and it started out as a headache. Within one day I had a migraine, sore throat and I was sick to my stomach. The next day the sore throat was gone, my migraine became a headache and my stomach felt better. Later that day I had a sore throat again but eventually left but still had a headache. From monday to thursday I have chest pains, sore throat, a headache and shortness of breath.
