What can I do for blotchy skin ?

Posted by flatpack

I have blotchy skin, I'm 35 years old and I have just noticed 2 little yellowish patches forming where I normally have dark rings under my eyes ?

I'm overweight, but trying to lose it, in that I go swimming 600-800m every other day and have lost a stone in the past 2 months.

I do drink (just slightly over the UK Governments recommended weekly limit, but who doesn't !), I do smoke between 10-20 a day.

 Any advice ?

Cheers

Si

Yellow skin can be a sign of a sluggish liver or that you are low in iron.
Yellow skin around the eyes is likely nothing serious but should be checked by a doctor just to be sure.
