Hydrocortisone cream can be used if your sores feels particularly itchy and irritated.

I have pink inner thigh sores next to my genetalia. They are only found lower than my genital hair, and they are each smaller than a dime, most a good bit smaller. The larger ones have broken the skin in the center, and they heal over occasionally. They are all itchy and when they heal over, the skin becomes dry and eventually the moist underskin is revealed. I am currently in late puberty. I have little acne and no sexual activity. What is this?
