They both hurt when you try to "do what?" Since it appears that you can still move both your arms, it's highly unlikely that you dislocated both at the same time. The shoulder joint that holds your arm (humerus) in place is a rather shallow ball & cup joint (as opposed to the deeper hip joint) held in place by 4 muscles. The pop you heard may have been to to an injury to any of the muscles or ligaments involved in the shoulder. Best to go see your family physician, especially if s/he specializes in sports medicine. Some physical therapy may be in order once appropriate imaging is obtained and diagnosis is made. Good luck!
