I've been dealing with upper arm pain in both arms for about 2 months now. It's a dull aching pain in both arms just below my rotator cuff - basically between my elbow and shoulder.
I am finding it increasingly difficult to sleep as I typically place an arm under my pillow when laying on my side. Could it be the weight of my head on my arm that is causing this?
