Treatment in 80yo male for urinary retention 2 months after lumbar spinal surgery.

80 yo male with no pre-op urinary problems, 8 weeks after lumbar spinal surgery has been unable to urinate. Prostate is not enlarged. Urodynamic study results described relevant nerves as "sluggish."
