Treatment for Penile Bruise

Hi,

I have a very  mild bruise on my penis head due to wiping it with a small wet tissue paper ball. With very very faint burning sensation and a small black patch at the tip of penis.

What can I do to cure this at home?

Should I wash it with Warm Water or Cold Water?

 How much time might it normally take?
