hi i am a 47yrs old male, i have always thought of myself as female and have cross dressed since i was a teen ager,i have always had a small penis and never been able to pee standing up and geting an erecion is difficult.i recently discovered something called micro penis.could this be related to how i feel.my penis is 3cm long flacid.would it be possible to have sex reassignment because of this.hope you can help..............mandi
