Tiny White bumps.

right, this is slightly embarrasing but, on my penis i have these tiny white lumps. I dont have a clue what they are and was wondering if you could help me. I am too scared to tell my parents as im 15. If its any help ive seen people have them on there faces. thanks in advance!!
