Thanking you very much for the comment, i saw that you wrote it as a skin infection, but the lump is not over the skin, it is somewhat between the skin and the shaft . and i can see that the lump is directly under the vein. could it be pyronie's disease?.

I am a 29 years old, before one year , exactly may - 2009 , i found a lumb on the penis towards left side,approx in the middle part, it was feeling like skidding out when i was trying to touch and feel it,. but was observed only at the time of erection, it went away within one week, the same thing happened again after four months and went away, it happened again now since last month, and this time it is not going away and i can feel it now even if the penis is not erected, and also i felt that it is slightly bigger than the first appearance, there is no pain or any other problems related to it. i can even hold it between two fingers if the penis is not erected, it is like a 2 mm diameter ball , my penis got a large vein on top of the penile shaft since i can remember .
please help me to know what is this, or any serious problem
