The tip of my penis can�´t be puled back!

Hi.

The tip of my penis can´t be puled back!

So as the top part say´s. My  penis can´t be puled back, and the way that it look´s. is like at the tip of the foreskin (Im European, so no snap of the penis.)

Its sort of closed! My urine can runout but i can´t pull the skin over the penis head ( in erected state).

It came at the same time as another penis decease. SYMPTOMS: Scratching and then a "unregulated/uncontrollable" production a White substance (Feeling like a mix of 60/40 Flour Water dried for a small time period) 

After sex/masturbation then the tip of my penis feels like: Tired, Wasted, Weird!

THE SOLDIER´S WANT BACK INTO THE BATLE FIELD!!!

Symptoms are of Phimosis (preputial stenosis) which is caused by the BXO (Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans) disease and is usually distinguished by a ring of hardened tissue with a whitish color at the tip of the foreskin. The hardening of the tissue prevents retraction of the foreskin from being pulled back over the penis head..

BXO is a relatively serious disease. BXO is successfully treated with topical steroid ointment during the early stages. The cause is still unknown.

See a Urologist doctor to exam and do lab testing for a correct diagnosis.

I have studyet on BXO!

 

I do not have a lumb on the tip/end of the urin pibe. ore eny of the white substance on the tip of my penis.

 

 

The white substance is "all over" the penis head!
