Swollen Bicep

I was lifting weights working out biceps. Never felt a sharp pain during workout but the next day my elbow to my upper bicep is swollen and hurts. I can barely extend my arm.

I WOULD ice it and elevate it. Ice for about 20 mins to dull pain and allow blood flow to heal faster..

I would go to the dr. and make sure its not something really serious.

What did you end up doing? I woke up today experiencing the exact same thing.
