Did you find out about this? About 6 months ago I too had something that felt like a vein burst deep within my upper inside thigh? I was sleeping and stood up but unlike a charley horse this maneuver did not make it go away. Did I have a blood clot and not realize?

I just got a sudden severe pain in the upper inside thigh. It lasted about five minutes. The inside thigh by the knee is a little sore.
